Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.
1. Transaction Currency and Pricing
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).
2. Shipping and Delivery
Bellroy delivers products to most of the planet. Shipping rates are outlined on our Shipping page, and will be quoted with any order.
3. Customer Service
Bellroy is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard dispatch timeframes are between 1-3 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
4. Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
5. Warranty
Bellroy products are covered by a 3 year warranty. Full details are on our warranty page.
6. Copyright
The Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our Site) use by the users of our Site.
You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying.

When purchasing from Bellroy your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. 8. Consumer Data Privacy
Bellroy is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. Our delivery partners use your address for delivery, but will not pass them on to any third parties. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone else. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with Bellroy updates (if requested) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
Bellroy uses cookies to allow you to login to your account and to maintain a shopping cart between sessions. Bellroy will work without cookies enabled, but they allow us to give you a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.
